Cam
Being a busy father with a young child Cam knows how hard it can be to find time for yourself. That thought plays in his head each time he programs your workouts and again while he’s instructing. If this is the only 30-45 minutes of your day or week for yourself, Cam ensures you haven’t wasted it in the room with him. You can trust each program has been personally tested before you experience it, so he knows exactly when you’ll need the extra hype to push through. Cam’s approach to training is focused on creating healthy movement patterns for life; aesthetics are a bonus.
