Daniel
Dan is an Osteopath who brings a warm, empathetic approach to his clients and their treatment and recovery. A graduate of Victoria University and Monash University, he was motivated to study Osteopathy after seeing an Osteopath himself year ago, and now strives to constantly learn, grown, and hone his skills in order to provide the best care possible for his patients.
A former competitive weightlifter Daniel has spent the past 10 years perusing the sport of cheerleading, having spent 3 years studying and competing overseas in Utah, U.S.A where he worked as an Athletic Trainer, furthering his ability to aid athletes to perform at their best. Daniel has a keen interest in movement and injury rehabilitation, as well as ergonomics and lifestyle improvements. He looks forward to helping anyone and everyone achieve their goals and live a pain-free life.
Stacey
Stacey has been working as a physiotherapist for 5 years, and loves working closely with her clients to help them better manage their injuries. She strongly believes in injury prevention and will work with you to develop an individualised self-management program to help you live your life without any limitations. Stacey is a trained Pilates instructor and will often incorporate Pilates in her treatments to help people move and get back to doing the things they love.
Freya
Meet Freya, a Physiotherapist and both Clinical and Fitness Pilates Instructor with over seven years’ experience working across the private physiotherapy setting in both Melbourne and Sydney. It is through these years she discovered her passion for movement-based rehabilitation and her obsession with Pilates! Over the years she has developed an extensive Pilates repertoire and likes to get creative with exercises that encourage mobility, stability, control and strength. Freya believes that everyone can and everyone should do Pilates! She is super passionate about helping people move and connect with their body, and as an avid runner herself, understands the frustrations of injury. She utilizes manual therapy skills such as soft tissue release, joint mobilisation and dry needling to assist with various injuries and assist people in reaching their highest functional capacity.
Amelia
Amelia is an experienced Osteopath with a strong passion for exercise and fitness, which influenced her decision to study Osteopathy and expand her knowledge of the human body. Amelia's treatment approach emphasizes a holistic perspective, considering the entire body when providing care. She employs a variety of hands-on techniques during treatments, including massage, manipulation and dry needling. Amelia aims to equip her patients with the knowledge needed to understand the causes of their pain and how to prevent it, ensuring the success of their treatments. In her spare time, Amelia also works as a Pilates instructor. Amelia's combination of Osteopathy and Pilates instruction allows her to address both the treatment and prevention aspects of musculoskeletal health
