HIIT training. It’s high-energy, challenging, and effective, perfect for those looking to push themselves.
What’s in your gym bag?
I don’t actually have a gym bag!
How do you take care of yourself physically and mentally?
Physically, I stick to a consistent weekly routine of boxing sessions and weight training. Mentally, quality sleep is key for me. I make sure I get enough rest to keep both my body and mind sharp.
What app do you recommend for wellness?
I recommend a boxing timer/app to help stay accountable and keep track of your intervals during sessions.
What’s one piece of advice you are regularly giving your clients and the RISE community?
I always tell them to train with intent. Whether you’re lifting weights, running, or doing HIIT, make sure every movement has purpose.
