ONE Terms of Use
1. Facility Access
1.1 101 Collins’ end-of-trip facility “(ONE”) is located on Level 5, accessible via the Car Park lifts.
1.2 Authorised Users may access the end-of-trip facilities at any time (24/7) via access pass.
1.3 An Authorised User is an employee of a tenant or occupant of 101 Collins Street.
1.4 No external parties are to be given access into the facility.
1.5 All Users must vacate the facility immediately on activation of the fire alarm.
2. Shower Usage
2.1 Showers are to be used for personal hygiene only.
2.2 Please keep showers clean and report any issues to Security.
3. Towels and Amenities
3.1 Towels and amenities are provided for use during your visit.
3.2 Towels are not to be taken or used beyond the end-of-trip facilities.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Respect other users and their personal space.
4.2 No smoking, glassware, drinking alcohol, or illegal activities are permitted in the facilities.
4.3 Photography is prohibited inside the facilities.
4.4 Users are expected to behave in a courteous manner and leave the amenities in the condition they would expect to find them.
4.5 Users must ensure safe use of the irons, hair dryers and straighteners. When finished with, these items should be placed back in position and switched off.
5. Locker Allocation
5.1 Lockers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
5.2 Customers may only use one locker at a time.
6. Locker Contents
6.1 Lockers are to be used for storing personal belongings only.
6.2 Prohibited items include, but are not limited to perishable goods, hazardous materials, weapons, and illegal substances.
6.3 Building security reserves the right to inspect lockers at any time.
7. Security
7.1 Lockers are secured using your building access card provided by 101 Collins Street.
7.2 101 Collins Street is not responsible for any loss or damage to items stored in lockers, and users of this facility store their belongings at their own risk.
8. Duration of Use
8.1 Lockers are provided on a temporary basis only.
8.2 After 120 hours (5 days), the locker will automatically release. Please note that the 120-hour period resets every time the locker is locked. Therefore, if a locker is used daily, the 120-hour duration will restart each time that locker is locked.
8.3 Users must remove their belongings from the locker upon termination of their employment and/or their employer vacates 101 Collins Street.
8.4 Items left in lockers beyond the 120-hour period will be removed and contents stored in Lost Property or disposed of by 101 Collins Street.
8.5 Lockers that have been left unsecured for 5 days or more will be automatically secured by security.
8.6 Lockers that have been secured for 14 days or more due to non-use will be emptied and contents stored in Lost Property.
8.7 In the event that belongings may have been removed from a locker, users are to contact Security on 03 9650 5311 providing details of the items.
8.8 If Lost Property contents remain unclaimed for 60 days or more, they will be sorted based on their condition and items in good condition will be donated to charity at the discretion of 101 Collins Street.
8.9 101 Collins Street reserves the right to dispose of contents not deemed suitable to be donated.
9. Locker Maintenance
9.1 Lockers are to be kept clean and in good condition at all times.
9.2 Users are responsible for any damage caused to lockers through misuse or negligence.
10. Liability
10.1 101 Collins Street is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the lockers, except where such loss or damage may be caused by the negligence of 101 Collins Street.
10.2 101 Collins accepts no liability for any injuries, accidents or damages that occur within the bike cage or end-of-trip facilities.
11. Bike Cage Access and Use
11.1 The bike cage is accessible to tenants of 101 Collins who have registered their bicycles with Loading Dock.
11.2 Bikes enter via George Parade and pedestrian access is on Level 5 via the Car Park Lifts.
11.3 Authorised Users may access the Bike Cage at any time (24/7) via access pass.
11.4 Bicycles must be stored in the designated bike racks within the cage and should not obstruct access pathways or emergency exits.
11.5 Riding inside the Bike Cage is not permitted.
12. Bike Cage Security
12.1 Tenants are responsible for ensuring their bicycles are securely locked to the racks using an appropriate lock.
12.2 101 Collins does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to bicycles stored in the cage.
12.3 The bike cage is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance. Any suspicious activity should be reported to Security immediately.
13. Bike Cage Prohibited Activities
13.1 Smoking, eating, or drinking is not permitted within the bike cage.
13.2 Any illegal or hazardous activities within the bike cage is strictly prohibited.
14. Acceptance
14.1 Usage of the end-of-trip facilities “(ONE”) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14.2 Building Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
14.3 Users can access the latest terms and conditions via the QR code inside lockers.
14.4 Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of facility access.
