Much more than a mere technical upgrade; the move represents a bold commitment to championing sustainability and innovation in the commercial real estate sector.

Motivated by a dedication to reducing the building’s carbon footprint and address growing customer demands for a more sustainable future across corporate workplaces, the asset owners commenced the electrification works over 12 months ago to upgrade the asset’s infrastructure some 33 years after the tower was first completed.

In a break from tradition, the construction team led by 101 Collins Engineering team was able to achieve this upgrade without interrupting daily operations for its building occupants.
