Lifting straps, chalk and a complete set of spare training clothes.

I train 5-6 days a week which is my own personal time and space to work on myself.

What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep?
Try not to look at my phone.
What’s one piece of advice you regularly give your customers and the RISE community?
Don’t stop. Momentum is hard to build but easier to maintain.
