What drew you to RISE?
I was drawn to RISE because it feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the city. It is a place where people can connect, slow down, and be reminded that wellbeing does not need to be complicated. It can be simple, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.
What is your training specialty?
I specialise in yoga practices that create spaciousness in both the body and mind, alongside Pilates practices that build strength, control, and balance.
What’s in your gym bag?
My water bottle, always within reach. I feel completely lost without it.
How do you take care of yourself physically and mentally?
For me, it comes down to consistency and balance. Regular movement, nourishing food, journaling, and making time for nature all play an important role.
What app on your phone would you recommend for wellness?
The Waking Up app.
What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep?
I spray lavender on my pillow. It smells incredible and helps me wind down.
What’s one piece of advice you regularly give your clients and the RISE community?
Be kind to yourself. Whether you are new to yoga or Pilates, highly experienced, or working with injuries, I always encourage people to do their best and meet themselves where they are each day. It is not about perfection. It is about showing up for yourself.
