Designed to leave you feeling mobile and relaxed, our Stretch and Release class is the perfect mid-week release. Join our trainers for self myofascial release using spikey balls and foam rollers, plus targeted stretches using simple equipment like straps and blocks. Myofascial release is can alleviate pain and tension - perfect for those niggles you might have!
