RISE Trainer Profile: Brittany // April 2026 RISE Trainer Profile: Brittany
Meet Brittany, RISE's new Wellness Concierge. Brittany's thoughtful approach to movement blends strength, consistency, and intention. From her passion for Pilates to her simple daily rituals, she shares what fuels her both inside and outside the studio.

What drew you to RISE?

RISE has a wonderful team of instructors who I’ve worked with, trained with, or connected with throughout the industry. The team is truly unbeatable, and I was drawn to RISE to continue learning from such incredible humans.

What is your training specialty?

My training specialty is Pilates. I’ve been teaching for over six years and truly believe in its benefits. I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer, and a blend of Pilates and strength training makes up a big part of my routine.

What’s in your gym bag?

My gym bag essentials are wrist straps, a towel, lollies (haha) and lip balm.

How do you take care of yourself physically and mentally?

I recharge in silence. Life can be hectic and noisy, so I really value quiet time with no distractions. For my physical health, I train at least four times a week, and for variety I love dance classes, long walks, and the occasional yoga session.

What app on your phone would you recommend for wellness?

I keep my phone on the “personal” setting whenever I’m at home, which means only my closest family can reach me.

What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep?

I take magnesium before bed, and my partner and I share three good things that happened during the day.

What’s one piece of advice you regularly give your customers and the Rise community?

Move with intention, stay consistent, and trust the process. The strongest results come from doing the basics well, over and over.
