Alongside our quarterly sustainability committees, we also offer one‑on‑one tenancy talks. These can be booked on an ad‑hoc basis with Client Services and are a great opportunity to explore any sustainability topic that matters to your tenancy; from your day-to-day recycling habits and contamination challenges to broader initiatives happening across the building.
While we’re always happy to discuss sustainability in a broad sense, waste often becomes the focus of these sessions. It’s the one area where your tenancy has a direct and measurable impact on the building’s overall performance, which means even a small change in behaviour can make a meaningful difference.
Many tenants already take part in these conversations, and they’ve proven to be a valuable way to share ideas, build awareness and strengthen good recycling habits across the building.
In these sessions, we can cover things like:
how your tenancy’s waste performance compares to building trends
common contamination issues and how to avoid them
simple behaviour shifts that can lift recycling rates
opportunities to improve waste separation within your tenancy
Whether you’re already involved or keen to start, these conversations are a great way to stay informed and keep your team aligned with our building‑wide goals. They’re collaborative, practical, and designed on helping you get the most out of your waste performance data.
